| 0:13.4 | For as long as I can remember, I like to move my body. |
| 0:18.2 | I remember my mom when I was younger, even though she was a very sweet lady, she used to complain that when we went to church, |

| 0:31.6 | Then when I got in junior high in high school, I got involved with sports and also worked in the summer, so I was always very active. |

| 1:30.0 | For example, now I like to get up early and go to the gym, and then after I take my kids to school, |

| 1:38.0 | And when I travel, I always bring my yoga mat with me, because I find yoga keeps my body limber and flexible and healthy. |
