A 17-year-old has been charged in the deadly Kenosha shootings and police say the shooters motive is unclear. The Kenosha curfew is hours away as the Justice Department is sending federal law enforcement. Wisconsin Justice Department and Kenosha police are not releasing the details of the shooting. CDC reversal on people quarantining for 14 days after travel alarming health experts. The California governor says that the state will defy new CDC testing guidelines.  The Gulf Coast is bracing for a category 4 hurricane.
