God, I'm just so good at these introductions. And I hiked the

Appalachian Trail in 2018. I've done a bunch of other hikes as well. And this is the podcast where I

chat with other through hikers, peak baggers, trail runners, you name it, about their experiences

on the trail. Today's guest is a guy named Alex Fote and he hiked not only the PCT that is the Pacific Crest Trail this summer,

but he also hiked the Florida Trail, which is a shit ton of miles.

We chat all about his experiences on those two trails.

We talk about how he brought a skateboard on the Florida

Trail and ended up skating over 300 miles of it, which is just insane. And we even try to

define what exactly the term hiker trash means, which is kind of ridiculous, but we did
