All right. So we are studying the third chapter of the Panchadashi.

This chapter, as I said, is based on the Taitiri Upanishan.

In the Taitiri Upanishad, it has said that those who realize Brahman, the absolute,

they attain the culmination of their life, the complete satisfaction of all desires,

whatever you would want in life that is achieved

if you realize Brahman.

Now where is Brahman? Where do you find Brahman?

The Upanishad tells us that in this body-mind complex right here.

This body-mind complex in the Upanishad and in this chapter also is

described as a cave. With the Araniyah, the author of this book, he interprets this cave as

a cave system of five layers. You can find Brahman in this cave here itself.

Because the Upanishad says you have to find Brahman in the space in the cave of your heart.

So this cave is actually, according to Vidyaranya, our human personality, the body mind system.

You have to find Brahman here.

So that's the first point. Here in this book we found, first the description of this cave.

What is the five layers? The physical body, the vital body, the mental body, the more subtle intellectual body,

and beyond that what you might call the body of bliss.
