0:50.4	And all that means is that you manage the subs.
0:53.4	So subs or subcontractors are just people you manage directly.
0:58.0	So like you would be in contact with the electrician yourself.
1:00.7	You would schedule the plumber yourself.
1:02.3	Right. You're dealing with all the people doing it various different pieces yourself.
