Hey everybody so I'm talking to my friend Sophia about our narcissistic mothers.

This was a really hard conversation I think for both of us since we both have

narcissistic moms. We both read a book

called Trapped in the Mirror and that helped us both understand our moms a little

better. But since recording this podcast Sophia's mother has passed away and I send her the deepest

condolences. I know that's very hard. It must be very hard to lose your mom when you haven't talked to her for a long time.
