Summary

Me at two weeks old with my Mother.

Well on this date 28 years ago I was born and what a ride it's been so far.

From being shy, unconfident and a professional blusher I can honesty tell you I have never felt more powerful, strong, secure and confident. Having been doing what I do for a decade now (that sounds strange....a decade!) I have learnt a lot about life and how to succeed in it.

I feel absolute gratitude for the many emails, reviews, testimonials and comments I receive on a daily basis of how I have helped people (although remember you are the change maker not me!)

So this morning I decided to record a FREE 30 minute Self Help Coaching podcast download for you.

It contains what I have learnt over the last ten years, my knowledge and learning's on how I have personally changed and also how I have witnessed people make powerful transformations from the deepest despair to the ultimate freedom and empowerment.  It's all ours to reclaim, in fact it's already there within you.

Take a listen, share this, 'like' with a comment for Facebook, it could be exactly what someone needs to here and let me know what you think on my Facebook page here.

And click here to download or listen on iTunes.

Be awesome and that means....be you!

With love,

Joseph

So today is actually my birthday, uh, 28 years old today, And I wanted to talk to you about the type of things

0:24.0

that I've learned over the last 10 years. I mean, I first got into doing hypnosis and self-development

0:30.9

at 18 years old. And that's when I actually first saw my first client. And although starting off pretty young, it doesn't really matter when we become or awake to

0:43.9

the potential of the mind.

0:45.5

And I wanted to give you some of my learnings that I've learned over the years.

0:49.3

So one of the key things which I think is absolutely vital when it comes to making changes in

0:56.4

our life is taking responsibility for who we are and where we've been.

1:03.4

Because when you think about this quite deeply, and although it can really kind of push up

1:09.7

against us, it doesn't always feel that nice

1:11.9

when we actually take responsibility, but when we do take responsibility, it means we're

1:17.2

actually in control of our life.

1:20.3

However, when we're not actually at cause for all the things which are happening in our

1:25.5

life right now, it means we're buying into

1:29.4

reasons as to why we are like we are. I mean, I've fallen for this. Everyone's fallen for it.

1:35.8

And I mean, personally, my own experience was, but I used to blush incredibly. I mean,

1:40.0

in fact, I was the best at blushing. I was probably a professional. I couldn't pay you to blush.

1:44.6

I was that good at it.

1:45.8

And I managed to get rid of blushing by realizing a few home truths.

1:53.0

Because I always thought that because of some certain situations which happened in my life

1:59.2

at the young age, that was why I was like I was.

2:03.6

I mean, one prime example was being told to get up in front of everyone and answer a question

2:09.6

at school when I was about, it must have been about 10 years old, 11 years old, just before we're
