We have a special episode for you today, as we will be discussing not one, but two films.

Midsummer, the latest film from Ari Aster, I'm sure you've heard of it, and The Last Boy Scout, starring Bruce Willis from the 80s.

Because I wasn't expecting to talk about midsummer again, because we've both made videos on it at this point.

But I feel like we only like scratch the surface.

It's very dense and I like, I can't stop thinking about it.

And I guess like before we get into it, because we're going to get into spoilers, what are your thoughts on it general thoughts um for anyone who didn't already watch a video i checked it out and i'm just curious what are you what

are your general thoughts liked it a lot probably best cinematography of the year at least um

my biggest gripes with it were some of the year at least. My biggest gripes with it were some of the thematic juggling it did wasn't quite as airtight as hereditary, but for the most part, I did like it a lot.
