I was thinking oddly enough about an interview I did in local radio in the 1990s,

And normally, you know, you get these sweet couples with their snowy white hair,

sitting contentedly next to each other in their cosy arm chairs with their margassity.

And they would have had it been possible for them to have separated many, many decades ago they would have done.

And I came away, I matured that day, because I remember thinking,

oh, I thought when people were married for a long time it was because they really liked each other.
