And with a little bit more ease and understanding. And one thing I want to share with you guys here at the start of today's episode is our lovely editor extraordinaire Sarah Rusk is going to be at a Dr. Joe dispensa event coming up for little over a week. So, you know, something we haven't done.

You know, people often look at me and say, how are you and Erica and your team putting out so many episodes. And of course, I share, you know, older episodes sometimes because they're just as valid and a lot of you've never heard them.

But yeah, it's it's a lot, of course, to put out so many episodes. So with Sarah being out of town, I made the first ever decision to take a little, a little mini break, a couple weeks. We're going to take a couple weeks off. So starting on April 21st this Thursday until May 5th. So it'll be Thursday to Thursday. I'll be back on that Thursday the 5th. So yeah, I think that'll be good. You know, sometimes it's it's good to just reach out.

It's it's good to just recharge the battery gives, you know, Erica the chance to do that. Me the chance to do that. Sarah the opportunity to go and and, you know, fill her cup with the goodness of the Dr. Joe dispensa event that she's going to. And yeah.
