But I will say I do spend a bit of time and energy

Trying to curate and come up with those captions and kind of making them really thinking about our

Last year of marriage. Mm-hmm. What that has meant for us going through it in quarantine and

The epidemic the pandemic I'm sorry

I'm trying to have a dimmick though. Ciao and so trying to figure out you know the things that I should share making sure that I'm sharing so that it is

Helpful but not over sharing. I think it's always a line that I'm learning to kind of walk

But I think that people are getting really great value out of it. So for that I'm actually very happy and excited about that

I am thinking about doing next week's episode because next week's episode will be the week before our

Anniversary yeah doing an actual 17 years or 17 less than 70 year obviously won't be all 17 lessons

But maybe like the ones that kind of rise to the top that people

17 maybe something like that top seven three five of seven you know depend on how far the conversation go

And do it great and then maybe doing a deep dive
