Yesterday I tried to record my intro for the podcast and I was like just I don't know just having a weird like anxious day and that I was you know just having a weird like anxious day and that I was you know just

needed to take a little breather and sometimes that's all it takes and and

reframing like I feel like we you know I want to make you guys feel good if you're getting

frustrated with life stuff or career stuff or just things that you want in life. You know, we can get stuck in a pattern of telling ourselves these negative thoughts or that, you know,

not realizing that a positive outcome and a yes or even a yes in a

slightly different way than you may be thought or you know a person that you want to date that is you know slightly

different than whatever you had in your head is like the perfect ideal person maybe

that's you know this person that ends up coming to you is even better but just what didn't fit into the exact mold that you had in your head and it's so easy to just think like oh I didn't get exactly what I wanted like everything's horrible it's like it's just as possible if not

obviously way more possible that you're going to you know get all of the wonderful

things that you want in life it It sounds really greedy to say get,

but achieve or, you know, we all deserve it.

And I think you just always have to think like

your success is inevitable.

It may not show up the second you're like hoping for it,

but you just have to believe that you are going

to achieve what you want to achieve, and sometimes you just have to reframe it a little bit.
