It began long ago, two young boys in an American town riding their bikes to school and Little League practice.

Over the years, the boys became fast friends, united in their love for stories where things would go horribly wrong.

green? That's a character I'm working on called dumb podcast guy what do you

think i think it's beautiful and i think that uh i think we've already begun let's just keep

going with it yeah yeah all right dumb podcast guy makes his debut on the shallow end with

schnebley and toth just want to take a moment again and

congratulate everybody on the great work on from beneath the hollywood sign just dropped their

100th episode uh yesterday pretty freaking big deal yeah it is a hundred episodes dude that's you know

you're at that point you're in a very small

percentile. Most people who try to do podcasts, the vast majority, even if they're great,

they don't have that kind of stick-to-itiveness. They, you know, you get eight, ten episodes

in and you go, ah, screw it. Yeah. So good on you guys.

Yeah, I'm very happy for Steve and Nan and remembering the first episode that they recorded,

and I was sitting right here where I sent to do our podcast. And they were about 30, 40 seconds in. And I thought, yeah, they're going to be

okay. They got this. I could just tell right off the bat that they had, they had chemistry,

they had passion, they had intelligence about their subject matter. And we were going to be off

to the races and

here we are a hundred episodes later i remember when i sent a pilot episode to uh our uh network

and he was just he raved about it he was like this is not even a show that's on yet
