We had an epic podcast last week and so we're probably going to have a short podcast

this week. We ran out of words. Yeah. The cocktail of

the week is the Emirato Sour. That's a real beginner drink, I think, because it's

low alcohol. It's very sweet. It's real tasty. When I may have told the story, but at the risk

of sounding like an old person who tells the same stories all the time. That's my bag.

You know, I was not much of a drinker. I mean, I'm still not like a big drinker, but like,

I very rarely drink, you know, well into my 30s. But when I was buying my first house,

so I was 28 maybe. I was getting ready to buy my house. It was like the week before. I was

closing on the house and moving and everything. And I was so stressed. How stressed were you?

I was so stressed that every night for like a week, I was making myself an Emirato Sour.

So it's like one shot of Emirato, which is like half the amount of alcohol that you'd have

in like whiskey or vodka, maybe less. And then like, I had a bottle of sour mix in my fridge.

You can tell how unsophisticated it was. It was from the grocery store. You know, drink whatever

makes you happy, right? But like, I would not be cut dead with grocery stores sour mix anymore.

It might give you headaches. Oh my god. You know, so like whatever, a shot of Emirato and sour mix,

just because I was so stressed in it, like made me a little more relaxed. And I would have won.

And that was very worried that I was going to become an alcoholic because I was having one

Emirato Sour in the evening before this stressful. So that's a bad memory. This is not a good

cut to the week. I mean, it's funny. It's just funny because like, I was like barely drinking

anything, but I was really worried. Something about Emirato evokes high school drinking. I don't
