Jess Seitz is an occupational therapist who specializes in pelvic health and vaginismus recovery.  In her ministry, Pain Free Intimacy, Jess helps women find freedom and confidence through a comprehensive & holistic approach to break free from the mind-body-pain cycle of vaginismus to heal emotionally & physically so they can finally enjoy beautiful & fun sex the way God designed it to be. Hey everybody, welcome back. I am super, super excited today for the conversation we are having. We are going right into the topic of painful sex and vaginismis. We tackled this a few months ago back in April in episode 147, titled Painful Intercourse and Vagenismus.

I did it by myself because at that time I hadn't found an expert to really dive into it with me,

but I have found her and I think you're going to really love her.

She is all about Jesus and integration, mind, body, spirit, and that that is such

a key part of healing and walking as disciple is seeing our whole selves as made in the image of God.

That includes our sexuality. We're going to get really deep into her story today. She blew me away with the fact that she was willing

to be so vulnerable. She knows a lot. She has a lot of skills. She has a lot of insight professionally.

But this episode, she tells a very deep, profound, and honest part of her story. And it really

blew me away because I think whether you struggle with vaginismus pain or not,

you will be moved by this story because it's her story towards sexual wholeness.

And her path of brokenness and pain happened to be physical.

Apparently, you know, it was all about her heart and her mindset and her beliefs also.

this journey of healing and integration and she has a wealth of experience both from an

OT perspective pelvic floor therapy perspective she's done it all and she is actually by profession

says she specializes in pelvic health and vaginous mis recovery graduated with a

master of occupational therapy from the University of Florida in 2014 and

since then has loved getting to partner alongside dozens of men and women in

their battles to overcome setbacks fears and mental and physical

limitations she was amazing and I'm gonna have her back again because I'm battles to overcome setbacks, fears, and mental and physical limitations.
