bartender and server in the inn with the dismissive hand. His eyes quickly fall on a brown-haired

halfling man finishing the second course of his breakfast. Striding to the half-ling's table,

the man produces a long piece of parchment and sits without waiting for an invitation,

placing the parchment before the half-ling and the remains of his breakfast.
