People wonder if I work for YouTube, are they going to report my income to the IRS?

Yes, through a 1099. All a 1099 is is a tracking mechanism basically saying, hey, I pay John Smith

100K, which means we're going to ride it off. So what he does with it is his own business, but that is

definitely a tracking mechanism and them telling the IRS. And some people wonder, too,

they go, well, if I make less than $700 or less than $600, like I don't have to pay taxes. Is that

true? Very untrue. You could have $200 of income because you sold something on Facebook marketplace
