advice on. Of course, all week I was feeling perfectly fine and healthy and great. And then I

woke up this morning with my throat hurting and obviously today is my recording day. And I just

woke up and I was like, I've had such a good week.

I've had like really great like workouts this week, really great mental health this week that

I'm going to talk about.

We're going to do a little mental health check before we start this episode.

But I had such a good week.

And then of course I wake up this morning with a sore throat.

And I kind of knew because last night before I slept

my throat started to bother me. I was starting to cough a little bit and just like I felt like

very congested in my chest and I was like I'm gonna wake up sick and I woke up with a little

bit of like my throat hurting. I don't know if you guys can tell from the audio which it sucks

because obviously like I don't want to talk too much with a little bit of a sore throat.

But at the same time, I have an episode to get up, so it's still going to get done.
