I had two broken heels still have two broken heels one of which is almost

entirely healed now the right, but the left one remains slightly broken.

I've got 10 pins and a metal plate in my heel and I'm now at the rehab phase, trying to build up strength again because obviously it was out of use for so long so the muscles atrophy and the ligaments and whatever else were all damaged and sort of spoiled and so now I'm doing lots of

heel raises and kind of twisting my ankle around and swimming and stuff trying to build it up so but I'm still walking with a bit of a

limp and how did you do you mind telling us how you know I'm I'm doing this I've now

turned it into a bit of stand-up so I'm gonna to be careful to I don't want to sound like I'm
