Number 169. I can't believe I've done this every week. I've never missed a week. I've had some late weeks, but

never missed a week. That's kind of crazy.

What have you done for 169 weeks straight? I don't, I think this is the only thing I've done

for 169 weeks straight. Be a mom and a podcast or. Anyway,

this week it's just me and Kathy, just me and Kathy. She was telling me about her kids going

back to school and it was not an easy reentry. So why did you talk to her about that? We also

talk about leadership and she and I have been teammates for about 10 years on multiple different

projects. We're still co-girl scout troop leaders with with Kirsten. But Kathy and I started this

troop with Sandy 10 years ago and the two of us have been through every year, every event

together. And we also were a big part of our school fundraiser. And I wanted to talk to her about

why we make a good team and what makes a good team in general? Why, what you can learn maybe from

I don't know, we have to, we just have a really good teammate friendship as well as a friendship.

But you know, you can be friends with someone and not want to work with them in a girl scout

troop or something. But Kathy and I seem to do both well. So I wanted to talk about it a little bit.

But yeah, so I think it's a good podcast. It's kind of a hangout podcast where we talk about a few

issues, but I love Kathy. She's a lovely human being and I'm really grateful to have her in my

life. She's been a good friend and she's been a good co-parent to my kids and I just really

appreciate her. And I appreciate that she was on this week's episode. Thank you Kathy.
