1:12.3	former chef and Roman food expert Nazim Bacalti, who runs full belly food tours in Rome.
1:18.8	I met Nazim back at the end of 2019 when everyone was having a lot of fun without a care in the
1:24.5	world. He had some big plans back then, but I think we all know what got in
1:28.7	the way. We recently reconnected, and I'm happy to say this story has a happy continuation.
