Yeah, past couple of weeks, you've been on it, man. I'm loving it. Thank you.

But being here is actually one of the things that has me excited. Being able to talk to people about their talent zone and not just their talent zone, but their passion zone is what has me excited. I happen to be a big kid. I'm 39

years old. I've got a couple of sons. I was just telling Don about how they went trick-or-treating

as Thor and Batman this past

weekend. They're eight and five years old. But I've always been passionate about working with kids.
