Meet Kara. She is the mastermind behind Wellness Witness, a program that helps women on their journey towards better health: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She is a gifted champion for wellness who married her best friend and became a Mama to two. She’s also got a WILD golden doodle puppy named Boone and a 4-year old rescue dog named Bailey.
As a Cancer Survivor, Kara wants to do everything she can to take care of her body so that she never has to hear the words “You have Cancer” again. She plays the bass guitar, sings in a worship band at church and used to work as a school counselor. God has called Kara into leading ministry full-time at Wellness Witness and as a certified Revelation Wellness Instructor.
Kara is wise beyond her years in the wellness field and has a lot to offer us in this short chat. Let’s not chase after that perfect body every day. It’s a mirage creating exhausted and discontent. Let’s LOVE the body we have been given and have a little fun with wellness along the way!
