We got T. Harv, Ecker, on this show today.

He's going to talk about the importance of keeping your word.

I took a landmark form course.

It was landmark form about 10 to 12 years ago.

And this is a concept that they really, really impressed upon us

over and over and over again, that you are your word.

When you say you're going to do something, you do it.

Be committed.

Choose your commitments.

Don't commit to something that you know you're not going to do.

We all have those people in our lives who say they're going

to do something.

They don't do them.

And eventually we learn not to trust them.

But what Harv is going to talk about is how when we are not

keepers of our word, we no longer trust ourselves.

It robs us of that sense of inner peace.

It robs us of our confidence because we can't even trust us.
