because today we're tackling a topic that is one of great importance to really every leader and manager

but one that a lot of times we don't tend to think about unfortunately until we are in hot water and that is how to

navigate some of the legal issues that are out there that are realities

regardless of where you are and what jurisdiction. But as a leader, a lot of times,

I run into business managers and leaders who just don't have even a general framework of just some important things to know about the law.

And so today we're going to attempt to rectify that.

Now, I do want to say up front here that because of the nature of law and the way things are in the world,

this particular episode will be most helpful to those of you who are in the states and that's about

three quarters of our listening audience. For those of you who are outside of the
