I usually like training earlier in the day. So I decided to do the recovery flow. And man, am I glad I did it? Am I glad I moved? And that's usually the default. If you don't feel like training hard today. If there's something in the air, it's the temperature dropped here in Florida big time. So that throws me off. I do not like the cold weather, which is why I move to Florida. But in the winter, relatively speaking, it's freezing when it hits the 40s and it's, you know, 60 or 50 during the day. I know some of you're thinking, oh my God, I wish it was 50 or 60 degrees. But in Florida, when you're used to 95 and humid, wet ball sack, it really takes a lot out of you. So we had a cold spell, a drop for a couple days. I think tomorrow and the next day it's starting to get, or it should be getting a little bit more warmer kind of like the nice weather that people |
