you hear these things from all different spiritual traditions from all over the place just the fact

that you're hearing from all from all these different traditions this idea that god is everywhere

and some perception of it um or everything being one in one sense that that so many people are

feeling this and reporting it it lends credence to its truth. And I think even

someone like, you know, Matthew Perry, who we don't think of as a yogi, we think of as a,

you know, a television star. And struggling with addiction, well, sometimes your struggle

actually brings you to a point where you actually, you surrender in a sense.

Nice.

Yeah.

And so then you pick up on what others aren't picking up.

And when you said it's meditation, I was thinking it's yoga and it reminded me this is from Shvetashvatar Upanishad.

And, you know, about the idea of something being everywhere and just needing to tune into it.

As fires found in wood, as water is hidden in springs, as cream is hidden in milk and oil in the sesame seed. The Paramama is perceived when sought with truth and discipline, with Satya and tapas.

One should know that highest truth, Brahman, the all-pervading Lord, who is hidden like butter and milk through spiritual knowledge and discipline.

This is the supreme teaching of the Upanishads.
