Conversation with a friend, he's super honest, and we had a great conversation. He texts me later, he's like, I just don't understand.

Honestly, how God could love me, like capitalized love. Like how can you love me?

And he's disgusted with himself for things he's done. Like, we'll need to. Me too. I don't know. Like if everybody knew my thoughts I've had in my life and things I've done, like, be like, I'm out.

But he's not. And I told him, I think it's because he is love. God is love. Like he's described as powerful in the Bible, obviously in a million ways, but never says he is power.

He's patient. Never says he is patience. But they turn it into this noun, scripturally, when it comes to love. He can't not love you. It's who he is. It's his essence, his substance. That's what he is. And it takes such a weight off when you realize that like this love, this love from this being is more rock solid than anything else in your universe.

Says here, your IQ can go up or down as you go on in life. I totally believe that. Yeah, I'm sure I can. I was real smart as a kid.

Seeing my things are falling apart. Seems like it and I can feel it, leaving me. We were watching the new, tried to watch the news season of the crown the other night. Yeah.

I could just feel my IQ dropping half hour into it. I am a dummer man. So the time I have just spent.

This is a great idea. It's not original to me, but you know how you can thank God for things like you want to be grateful.

Talk about gratitude and Thanksgiving stuff. You can you can list them to God. You can think of stuff. That's fine. That's good. But it's kind of a left-brained logical thing where you're just listing things.

Someone said that what you should do is remember some moments. You can even do this now. You're just so thankful happened in your life.

Like beautiful moments. Maybe it's maybe it's physical beauty. Like a day in the mountains or something, but maybe it's a day a child was born or the day you first met someone or that big that time you felt like God was right with you.

That's your moment. Yeah. You said, make a just kind of keep it running list of those things. And then you can spend 10, 15 seconds just sitting with that.

I was thinking about a moment with my son. He was little and we were going to the zoo that we was chasing birds off a deck like they would keep landing to get food. And he just giggled and giggled and giggled. They would take off flying. He would just run.

He was a toddler. And they would take out he could not stop laughing. But I can just think so many moments like that. Just camp out there and be thankful to God for all the ways it's been good to you.

And that hits you at a different level. It's like it's a it's a deep level.

But I really like that idea and I can I can do that and you're just practicing gratitude and gratitude is the thing that God has given us the ability to have to chase away anxiety and anger.
