Welcome to the introduction for Crow Triple 7 radio episode

167, a gentleman named Christopher who we will identify better in a moment here

and Jason Lingerner with me. we're basically going to be covering the idea of state

citizenship in regards to federal citizenship. I was going to say a lot of things in the intro, but something came up in the second hour that I wish had made it into the first, so I'll try to delineate it here.

There are people in the world right now that legitimately carry a passport that, well, I think Christopher might have a problem with how I'm

describing this, I'll do the best I can, that have documentation from the State

Department that proves they are no longer federal citizens, they are state

citizens. Some of the people who have done this have been

pushing to change the laws in their state so that as an example a person not

engaged in commerce doesn't need a driver's license or DMV or any of that stuff.

And I know so many people who listen to the law series

are interested in these ideas.

The problem with what we're about to cover

is I know people are going to erupt into arguments

because there wasn't a single version of the

law series we did where people weren't at odds.

But at the end of the day, this is in fact a provable, workable method to obtain state citizenship for whatever that is worth to anyone out there.

I've held the documents in my hand, the method works, but anyhow I hope you'll

join us now or two. There are so many things you know Jason is the

expert in this part of things compared to me but there's a lot that we cover and an hour

two a lot of people trying to get back to ideas of common law so let's jump in

...
