again here thanks Wayne. Yeah the Happiness Project's a wonderful name. I didn't come up with it, but I have spent 30 years working with them with ADHD moving forward, helping them move forward without shame or doubt.

So I love the name that attitude has given me to talk about today.

And I think it's wonderful, whatever your politics,

is definitely in the air,

Commander-in-Chief for women,

is in the air, it's in all our lives,

and if we could learn to do that in our own life,

that's certainly going to lead us
