Often people don't realize how much information they have, how many solutions they have.

And not just, I mean, obviously when you're in extreme and you're in fight or flight,

it just takes charge.

But so often we push those thoughts away, like we don't think we have the answers.

We go to other people for things.

But it's such an example of we have everything in us, right, to find the solutions.

We're very excited to have guests today.

Their names are Liel Shitrit and Shoham Cohen.

And they are here all the way from Israel to tell us their story of survival and the things that they have learned. You were both, well, I want to welcome you both

here today with us. Thank you for coming. Thanks for having us. And you were both at the festivals in Israel on October 7th. I want to hear, we both want to hear

your story, but I want to start with this one question. I call myself a change junkie, meaning

I seek change. And we talk about change a lot with the work that Michael and I do. And I always say that people are forever changed by events,

either positive ones or negative ones.

And often we don't realize we're changed and we don't choose the change.

So I want to ask each of you,

how would you describe yourselves before October 7th?

Like if you had to say in a sentence or a few words, and then how are you, or how do you consider

yourself?
