Often people don't realize how much information they have, how many solutions they have.

And not just, I mean, obviously when you're in extreme and you're in fight or flight,

your story, but I want to start with this one question. I call myself a change junkie, meaning

I seek change. And we talk about change a lot with the work that Michael and I do. And I always say that people are forever changed by events,

either positive ones or negative ones.

And often we don't realize we're changed and we don't choose the change.
