Summary

This week I'm chatting with Rachel Barber, health coach and holistic healing expert. She struggled with chronic illness for over 6 years and was finally able to heal through the power of the mind. She now teaches others to harness the power of their own minds to heal their bodies and take their lives back.

In this episode, Rachel shares more about her own struggle with chronic illness, how she discovered brain retraining, and what exactly brain retraining is. She talks about the root of limiting beliefs, the importance of cutting negative people out of your life, and taking responsibility for your own feelings.
