to a special episode, our 50 our 50s that's because our fearless leader here is

is in his 50s so sir I'll refer to you as sir today I would appreciate yeah and

take us away, won't you?

So the first piece of advice out for people in their 50s

is make sure you start figuring out your depends diaper size and your make sure you got one of those big old pill boxes.

Yeah.

I fill it up with all your meds.
