Hello and welcome back to the show. This is your host, David Scales. I know you're used to hearing me say,

welcome back to Surf Splendor, but we're mid-transition. If you've listened to recent episodes,

you know, we're kind of at a point where, um, this show has grown and

a number of different formats have emerged over the four years of producing this show.

So we're taking the time to delineate those different show formats, rebrand, and give them

each their own identity. And, um, so surf splendor will kind of become the network name, and there'll be four shows

that exist under that network.

Today's show, the title for this style of format, is called Wax On.

And you've heard lots of this style of episode before.

They're basically the long-form interviews with different surf luminaries.

Today's episode of Wax-On is with Keith Malloy. So Wax-on will have about a once-monthly

production schedule. I know, I think it was two weeks ago, you heard Caught Inside with Chris Cote,

and then last week was spit with Scott Bass.

And then this week, of course, wax on.

And then the fourth show will actually be shaping surfing.

And that'll be long form interviews with surfboard shapers.

And you've heard, of course, plenty of those episodes in the past as well with the likes of

Eric Eric Hauer, Wayne Rich, Tom Parrish, Roger Hines, and lots of others.

So you can look forward to all of the shows that you know and love, just kind of, again,

delineated with their own brand identity and more frequent scheduling, actually,

more frequent and consistent scheduling.

So predictable, more content for everybody.
