This is a podcast about the classical world, primarily classical literature and philosophy,

but we, you know, spread our wings and fly to another classical topic every now and again.

Sometimes we hit art and stuff, still hoping to do an architecture lecture.

And yeah, that's what we're about.

Trying to bring old stuff to you in as painless a way as possible.

And today, we have an episode from Thomas that actually came at the request of a listener.

And it was a good request.

And then I gave

it to Thomas as that good request. Not like some of those bad requests. And then Thomas said,

dang it, that is a good suggestion. That's exactly how the conversation went. Yeah, pretty much.

All right. So, Thomas, oh, I forgot to introduce us. Yeah, who are we? I'm AJ Hanenberg and I'm joined by

Graham Donaldson and Thomas Magby.

And two of us work at a classical school in Austin, Texas.

One of us used to work at the classical school.

Thomas is now going to math school.

So he's doing math school stuff.

So that's our first time saying it on the podcast.
