Yeah, well I found in my work as an R.D.

Because I've been a dietician in this world for 10 years now,

and I was finding that people, there's a lot of information out there about what is and is not healthy, but I was finding that people really struggled with how to stay consistent with healthy habits when they felt really stressed or anxious or like they had no time or money and you know I got the idea

for the book I guess it was 2017 I was at that time I was doing corporate wellness counseling one day a week at a at this particular

at a television station and I remember I had this one one patient in particular and I would
