We're recording this at a variety theatre in south-west London,

the Clapham Grand, which is just down the road from its smaller cousin,

the Clapham Adequate.

The Grand is opposite a pub that has a famous bar

designed by the Dutch artist M.C. Escher.

The bar is lovely, but it is impossible to get to the toilets upstairs.

I'm confident that our guests today are going to be one step ahead.
