It's probably true. I mean, look at how anxious people are. It probably is true.

I'm just talking about my own life. I haven't spent in four hours a day online,

social media, all that other stuff, news, whatever. I'm spending four hours a day online.

And that's pretty typical, maybe a little low. And I'm combating that with like five minutes of

talking to God every day. Probably going to be anxious. How are we going to have anxious

outlook on the world? How are we going to fuel illities? Not a guilt trip.

But it is becoming more important for us to pay attention to what we pay attention to.

Yeah, and we're all being formed. Whether you think you are nice, still are.

Because we're spiritual beings and we're able to be formed. So who are we allowing to do that?

And then when we feel really anxious or down, like I get that, some of that might be

clinical, whatever. But like we do play into that. And I've learned that myself.

We have breaking animal news. Yes, I'm being handed a bulletin.
