Welcome back to the quote of the day show. I'm your host Sean Crox and a shot Crox and

.com. We've got Larry Wingett back on the show. I had Larry on the show a couple weeks ago.

It was the first time we had him on in years. And I was shocked that the feedback was so positive.

Because if you know anything about Larry, he has a no nonsense kind of guy. And that's why he's

one of my favorite speakers because it keeps it very real. You know, one thing that bothers me is,

you know, in the personal growth field, you know, you look at social media accounts and it's like

all of this positive flowery stuff. And it kind of bugs me when I see it because if there's one

thing I know about personal growth, it's that it generally doesn't feel good. Like it just,

it doesn't. It is very uncomfortable. It is very vulnerable. It requires lots of personal

responsibility. Like everything is on you and that is scary. And when we try to paint everything

is being super positive all the time. I think it creates a false expectation because people start

to think, oh, growing myself is going to feel really good. I feel great all the time. That's just

not the way it is. It's hard. There's a price that has to be paid, which is why most people just

talk about changing their lives, but they never actually do it. And Larry's going to talk more about

that. Larry Wingett is coming up. How many of you are 100% satisfied with your life? I mean,

every single area of your life, you like how much money you have, you're satisfied with your

relationships, you're satisfied 100% with your career and your job, you're satisfied with your

level of health, your weight, every single area of your life. How many of you are 100%?
