It's a 20 year retirement. Okay. So 20 years. Let's say you retire at maybe like 60, hopefully, 60 to 80. I'm going to say you're going to need

like almost a million dollars. Okay. To live comfortably. You're going to need more than that. You need

$1.64 million to retire for 20 years. That's the minimum. That's a lot of freaking money.

What about owning a home throughout your life? Um, so the entirety of your life. This is a 30 year

mortgage with a 20% down payment. Okay. So it's basically owning one house throughout the entirety of

your life. Um, I'm going to say homes now. I'm going to say it's like $600,000, $700,000.

Okay. But then you have the mortgage, you have the interest.

Yeah. $957,000. Yeah, homes are very expensive now. It's only getting higher.

Average homes are like a million dollars now. It's crazy. Not really, but they're expensive.

What about owning a car? Okay. Talk to me. Go into more detail with that one. This is buying and

financing two new cars every 10 years.

Okay. I feel like that's a little ambitious because I've had my car for like six years and I feel like I'm going to have one car for 10 years.
