Thanks for having me, Joe. I appreciate it.

Jose, when did your interest in Stoicism begin?

I would say around three years ago. And how has it benefited you personally?

Man, it's actually been incredible because I feel it's like a compass for me.

It's like a daily compass.

And because it's a practical philosophy, I can, I don't know, always kind of have it there when a situation arises or when I want to just try to figure something out.

So, yeah, I definitely practice it every day.

I have your book open in front of me right now, and it is not a conventional drum book in the sense that there's no notation in it.

It's really just a series of axioms such as craft-jured and life.
