Jose, when did your interest in Stoicism begin?

I would say around three years ago. And how has it benefited you personally?

Man, it's actually been incredible because I feel it's like a compass for me.

And because it's a practical philosophy, I can, I don't know, always kind of have it there when a situation arises or when I want to just try to figure something out.
