psychopath about working out physical fitness. He's a motivated individual. And I really enjoyed

perspective to kind of unravel a little bit of what law enforcement's dealing with right now.

I feel like it's probably really emotionally complicated for a lot of households to have done

our country right now is a tragedy in that regard. So I wanted to give John the opportunity to kind of peel back the layers

and talk about, you know, his day-to-day policing. Oh, we kind of talk about some of the

training, the protocol on how those guys handle situations and John gives his opinion, you know,

about the current policing situation that has led to so much uprising here lately in this country.
