He tells an interesting story about 2008 and how basically the recession almost put him out of business.

And he gets a little bit personal about how that impacted him and his six children and what that meant financially.

But he also talks about how he stuck with it and the reason he stuck with it and went back to building houses and even so much so that he took the risk of building a spec.
