Who raises a question that I think quite literally every one of us has asked in some way or another.

She says, how do you avoid overworking yourself?

I'd like to be more productive and hardworking, but after having been a physician for 10 years,

I have often felt exhausted and frustrated. I've even taken some time off work fearing I might be getting burnt out.

But doing nothing made me feel guilty and unhappy instead of making me feel relaxed and well.

Even though I'd love to be as hardworking as Angela, I don't know how to do it without feeling overworked and fed up.
