Fantastic. Now, we're recording this right after Valentine's Day. You moved in when?

Last summer? Is that correct? Yeah, last summer, I believe August is when we closed.

Fantastic. And was this just you? Did you do this with a partner? Was it you and a dog? Who bought the house?

So we moved up from California and it was me and my wife. She stayed down there. I moved up here in June and then to find the house. And then once I got it, I went down there and we drove up us and the dogs.

Wow. Okay. Well, that's juicy. I want to get, I'm writing my notes on that. I want to get into that. That's going to be something people really want to know about.
