Welcome to another episode of the Dear Body podcast.

And today's episode is all about being energized and being inspired and being moved

and motivated to pursue food freedom

and freedom from body image challenges and being insecure.

I'm going to share with you some reasons that recovery is worth it.

And as I share these with you, my hope is that your brain would go into imagination

and creativity mode and begin to imagine personalized reasons. Recovery is worth it in your own life.

And there's so many reasons that we may unknowingly avoid pursuing recovery. A lot of that is the fear.

The fear of the unknown, the fear of what life is like on the other side, the fear of pursuing

intuitive eating because we're afraid if we don't white knuckle and control our diet and

measure every gram of protein, carb, fat, sugar, measure everything, weigh everything.

Then we're going to spiral out of control.

And that can be very scary. And I always want to validate those fears because they're real. And you do not need to

feel silly for having those fears. And I want to remind you, you are allowed to have fitness goals.

You're allowed to have athletic goals. And you can access food freedom. And this episode was inspired by

my desire to inspire you. I am constantly seeking inspiration to be energized and to be

motivated in the pursuit of my own goals. And at the beginning of this year, when I was doing

my 2023 New Year's intentions, I actually

wrote down that I need to seek to be inspired more often because it's so energizing and

it's so moving for me when I seek out inspiration.
