Yo-Lo! That, of course, stands for You Only Live Once.

0:11.6

It is what people say before they're about to do something stupid. Therefore, it's my

0:18.2

life motto. We all want to have more Yo-Lo in our life. Be more spontaneous. Hey, I only

0:25.3

live once. I'm going to go out and do this thing and get this new experience. But then we

0:31.2

get blocked. We want to do it. We say we're going to do it and we want to do it. But then

0:37.2

it never actually happens. Does it? And I, on this episode, am going to tell you why. I'm

0:43.2

going to tell you why you are blocked from being more of a Yo-Lo person. And I will say,

0:50.4

I will say, if you have young children, I mean, there's your answer right there. If you

0:53.9

have babies and toddlers, your motto isn't Yo-Lo. It's HIGGED. Help, I'm going to die. Help,

1:02.7

I'm going to die. Like, that's what you say after you spill macaroni and cheese on your

sweatshirt that has old pizza stains from four days ago. And you don't do anything about

1:16.8

the stain. You say HIGGED. Help, I'm going to die. So, look, I understand some of you

1:22.7

have lifestyle setups. There's not a lot of Yo-Lo when you have young children, again,

1:28.8

unless you're referring to not showering for four days. But for those of you who maybe

1:34.3

are in a phase of life where you could potentially bring a little Yo-Lo into your life, but it

1:39.5

never seems to actually happen and you're stuck in a routine and you never do anything

1:44.5

out of the ordinary. That is what we are going to talk about today. I am going to, I'm

1:48.7

the expert. Am I not, Caitlin? I'm kind of, I'm kind of the Yo-Lo expert. Yeah, and I'm

1:56.8

married to a Yo-Lo kind of person too, which brings me to, so we always get to the main topic

2:03.4

in the second half of the show. The Yo-Lo topic will be in the second half of the show.

2:07.6

In the first half, this will verify for you that I'm married to a Yo-Lo person. My husband

2:13.2

made the decision on one week's notice to sail halfway across the Atlantic to be crew. He
