between. There's some things that we can do to keep that stress down and it's this accumulation of stress from all our

different sources that really don't serve us. So we'll talk a little bit

about anxiety and work stress today. We're

going to get on to talk about some work stress tips. Let's bring that stress down and find ways that we can be in the work, be in the

chaos, maybe your place is chaotic, be with all these other people and all their

energy and all of their goings on and still hold our own inner calm, our own peace.

And some of these things we have to do ahead of time,

so let's get right into it.

One of the things we can do is start when we're home from when we wake up.

It's a work day. So I'm going to take a few minutes and just be clear with yourself that you are actually choosing to go to work.

This is not, believe me, that you could choose not to go to work too, right?

It may not be pleasant, but you really are not being forced. So again, let's

take this into ourselves and say that we are being on our own choosing to go to work today. And you know review, review what you'll be doing.

Remind yourself that the way that you're planning it, the goals you have set for that day may or may not happen.

We want to always have a plan, but we also want to let go of the outcome. So we know that we can plan but we don't
