I have two two co-authors slash coaches on the podcast today. And they wrote this incredible book. It's called the greatest college health guide you never knew you needed. And so in their book,

you guys, they cover so many things about the

transition to college and how there's a lot of things that you don't know that you probably

should know that nobody teaches you when you, when you head off to college. So they're going to

talk to us about some of those things today. I am going to let them introduce themselves.

Well, my name is Jill.

I'm a former high school math teacher.

I'm going into my 15th year coaching high school girls cross country.

Dave and I actually met coaching high school girls cross country. Dave and I actually met

coaching high school sports. My name is Dave. I'm an editor and a producer. I work in film and

television and I still get to kind of participate as a coach on Jill's team. We worked together as a

married couple and co-authors on this project and we're so grateful that we have an

opportunity to talk about it today. Yeah, awesome. I've, I've enjoyed reading your book just because

I've gotten to know your personalities, both of you a little bit. So I feel like I know you. Jill,
