Welcome back to What Have You! I'm Rachel Nangvik and we're actually here to welcome

ourselves back to what have you. We have decided to attend our own podcast. And I want

you all to feel what a sacrifice this was because it's fallback daylight savings. So while

it is a Sunday night they were recording this. It feels like the middle of the night. It

does. Actually you know what it feels like. It feels like the middle of the night on a

Thursday. It doesn't feel like Sunday night about just bringing out into a week. Yeah, we're

not feeling fresh. But that's okay because I don't think it's gonna get better at this

point. Cool. I have just emerged from a tiny lengthy tunnel. I mean pretty long. I've

backed, backed, backed, backed, backed. Event trip, trip, event, event, trip, trip. It's been

a lot. And then tripping in both ways. Yeah. Yeah. We got through the event. The one

that is I think my biggest event of all the events in a year. That was on Friday night,

which is the Reformation Bankpoint for NSA. So that was, you know, I sit down dinner

for 250. That was the thing. We got through it as it is. We passed by it. But my house

definitely shows the marks of having done what I just did and gotten behind in the way I

got behind. Yeah, that's how it. That is for sure how it rolls. I think we've just made

it through about 12 days of not even having eggs. That was so looking at each other like

I wonder what we'll eat. We have 3,000 pounds of pork, but nothing else. Well, that's

good. Yeah, we got through it. We did it. It was great. So I'm feeling victorious because

I bought, oh, I didn't even tell you this. Brighter boaster about to break the toaster. I bought

Speed Racks off of Facebook. Speed Racks. Yeah. What's that? The thing you wish you had. Well,

I don't yet. You'll have to sell me what's the speed rail. They're the tall rolling cards that fit

full-size baking sheets in them that slide in. Why do you want that? What? Why don't you want that?
